Banky W’ s Home in Lekki burnt down to ashes

A property located along Admiralty Way , Lekki Phase 1 , Lagos where popular singer , Banky W, lives has been destroyed by fire .
A neighbour to the artiste told Punch correspondent on the telephone that the fire was caused by a faulty air
conditioner .
The fire was believed to have started around 6 am .

A resident said , “ The fire started around 6 am and all of us came out to assist Banky in putting out the fire .
“However, Fire service officials arrived around 7 .30 .
“So many items were destroyed including Banky ’s awards. ”
but officials of the fire service arrived over an hour late.

A Minna Magistrates’ Court has sentenced two blind men to six years imprisonment for sexually abusing two minors in Niger. The Magistrate, Hajiya Hauwa Yusuf, convicted, Idris Usman, popularly called “Bagobiri ” and Abubakar Sadiq, after they pleaded guilty to the charge. The Prosecutor, Abdullahi Mayaki, had told the court that the convicts committed the offence in December, 2016. The offence contravened Section 19 of the Niger state Child Right Law, which on conviction attracts 14 years imprisonment. Runs girl gets mad after coming out from a hotel room

Some people got an eyeful recently after a beautiful big girl ran mad and and began walking on the streets totally neykked while clutching her expensive handbag. It was alleged that the girl suddenly became mad after leaving a hotel she had visited her man friend. Narrating the story on Facebook, someone wrote: A lady who was invited into an hotel for whatever reason. At the end of the function, as she was leaving the hotel, she suddenly became mad and undressed herself. “A serious lesson for nowadays ladies, particularly aristoes (yoyo-ladies).
